Children 4 Change

On 20 November 1989, the United Nations adopted the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC). Almost every country in the world has signed this important legal document, including Malaysia. All signatories must periodically report on their progress for children to the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child in Geneva.

This year, children in Malaysia are also contributing their ideas and experiences to a Children’s Report. It is a wonderful opportunity for children and teens to express themselves and for grown-ups to listen. Almost 3,000 children from all backgrounds in Malaysia are already a part of the Children’s Report. Don’t miss this chance to be a part of history.
