KINDNESS FOR EVERY CHILD
Treating people with kindness makes our world a nicer place to live in, whether it’s at home, at school, or in our community. Which is why we’re inviting children, teachers and parents across Malaysia to come together for a World Children’s Day KidsTakeover Schools to spread kindness and create a happier Malaysia for every child.
- Malaysia’s Ministry of Education recorded 14,000 cases of bullying in schools between 2012 and 2015.
- The Malaysian Crime Prevention Foundation says 84% of children have been bullied!
- UNICEF’s global World Children’s Day 2017 Survey revealed that 7 out 10 children in Malaysia worry a lot about bullying, compared to only 3 out of 10 in Japan or in the UK.
